Recommended Experience Levels for Autodesk Certification Exams:
Actual hands-on experience is a critical component for the exam. Individuals must spend time using the Product and applying the skills learned.
- Certified User exam: Completing an academic course at a secondary institution plus 50 hours of hands-on application
- Certified Associate exam: Mastering an AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor course (or equivalent) plus 100 hours of hands-on application
- Certified Professional exam: Mastering an AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor course (or equivalent) plus 400 hours of hands-on application
